I’m A New Customer
Last week Tankfarm installed three immediately within 24 hours I became aware that there were some issues with the installation and the service. I did receive one voicemail today in response to a detailed email I sent them regarding the issues with the service. Indeed, that was good.start. I am however, still looking to get these defects resolved. I left a couple messages today. Hopefully we’ll hear back from them soon and they put the same effort into resolving the issues as they did into recruiting this new customers. I plan to circle back here in the next 60 to 90 days to provide you with update on this review.
Problems are a symptom of life and there to be expected so merely complaining I believe it is not good enough. What is important to me in my role as a consumer is to assist others, with an honest sharing of my experience with companies I do business with I think reviews have the wonderful potential to up the game for service providers and less than the guest work out of deciding about the decisions we regularly make as consumers about our choices in the vendors and product we engage with and purchase.
