I’ve been a member before and the system worked. Now that I’ve moved I only get the code to invite, can’t see what’s in the tank. I literally get nothing from app anymore. For this it’s a 1star til it’s fixed.Korina H
Service is great, metrics are off
As another reviewer said, the usage metrics aren’t accurate. But, the tank level is - the day after it hit 30% the propane company was out filling it. So far I’m happy with the company and service.CinnamonTrix
Good first release. Missing features.
Looks like devices are only phoning home every week once. So usage isn’t helpful.
Also cannot update account info like name or other items. Makes it hard to keep information clean.
