I want to love this but I can’t. Please fix the app! It’s slow!
I upgraded from the GT-3 to this newer unit with app support. Even with a dedicated 2.4ghz access point near by the app function is slow to react, slow to open recorded videos, slow to unlock the door and slow to disconnect and connect. Please fix this and it will be a great upgrade for our whole building.

Broken currently
Impossible to accept the terms and conditions when English is selected. It works if you select French so Bonjour!
Basic and outdated app
You can link this with your tenant station but having paid €890 for the privilege I am underwhelmed with this app. It feels like a high school project.that AIPHONE started and then forgot about.
You can open the door if someone rings, but not much else.
Support for AppleWatch would be great.
Support for HomeKit and shortcut automation is also on my wish list.
Linking to the Tenant station is a bit convoluted and you have to do it for all members of the household. It would be easier if the setup “token” could be shared.

App can not proceed
I just got a new phone and after downloading the app, I can not proceed after clicking choosing language. The next button in the End User Agreement is not working, no way to proceed further.
Doesn’t work on latest iOS
Impossible to accept and click “Next” on their 5,000 page EULA page.
Nothing works. Scrolling all the way to bottom, waiting, nothing. No apparent check box or other confirmation area. Just a big NEXT button that doesn’t let you tap it in any fashion.
Our building just spent $50k installing this system and we can’t use a main functionality. And the installer is of no help.

Works half the time
Very often get connection error, the camera doesn’t start, swiping fails to open the door. Sometimes coming into the app pushes several view controllers. the callkit integration makes it tricky to quickly get to the answer screen. no way to access the door or camera without answering a call. really wish the api was published and could just make my own

Customer service
This app was working but then lost connection and had to delete and reinstall, now having trouble re-registering as it will not let me agree to agreement so unable to move forward. Would love a custom service number to work through this problem.
randomly works
get a call and have to scramble to get to the call screen because of the calllkit implementation takes 3 taps. then often the video feed rarely works and the swipe to open rarely works. pretty standard network setup here. just 1 router. everything else works great on my network except this app
Buggy app
Very buggy with limited control. You must answer very quickly within 5 seconds or you loose opportunity to open door.
