Lost order and not compliant with GDPR
At the Ship Inn in Elie. Unfortunately, despite taking my payment, the order was lost in the ether and never made it to the kitchen. I waited 30 mins before I asked staff at the restaurant to intervene. The staff sorted the order promptly but the app is clearly rubbish. Further more, the app takes your name, email and mobile number and then passes them to a third party called Zonal. I can’t find any way to get my personally identifiable information deleted from Zonal.
