iPad printer app does not find printer
I can print with my iPhone no problem. But iPad doesn’t find my printer. I checked everything I can think of, but still going around in circles getting nowhere. I appreciate any help.

Difficult setup!
As per most printer apps, this one is not easy to get up and running. Make sure you have your wi fi on and the password handy. With apple devices, the prompts and chronological steps are logical. I did eventually get this ap to print from my IphoneSE and IPad Air Pro, after maybe 40 minutes of trial and error. It works great now. Who knows if there is an easier way to do it!

Good service
I tried the free 3 day trial and completely forgot to end my subscription after not being able connect to my printer ( not surprised because the printer is finicky). I got charged for a year subscription $50 and I quickly contacted them for a refund and they promptly responded with a refund.

Did not print copies requested
I requested 2 A5 on the 1 A4 page and printed 1 photo on A4 !!

What a spectacular boost for us “old fogies!
We have little enuf room to add a pc, much less tablets and all the latest gadgets in our newly acquired Assisted Living/Rehab Quarters and have to use out smart phones to set up the millions of doctor, dental appointments that come along withl arthritic fingers and hands!
Love to meet the guy or gal who cares enuf to have performed this ingenious problem solver! You all made our appointments so much easier! Crotchety 89 year old!

I would like to request for refund, I didnt use the app and it is not compatible in my printer, however my account was deducted.

Amazing!
The last PRINTER, we bought, barely connected to my computer, printed in all different colors that it wasn’t supposed to, and was super hard to set up. It was suggested by the people at the place that I purchased it and now that I have purchased a new computer and a new printer I have to say this is amazing. It’s almost as good if not better than the printer that I had at work, which was amazing. I’ve already hooked it up to my phone, I’ve already hooked it up to the computer, I’m gonna hook it up to my husband‘s phone and he’s going to be in heaven. after several years of not having a printer that worked, or printed in any colors that it was supposed to… We are finally able to have a printer that is reliable. I am over the moon.
