Great Potential
This is a very good app given that it's very new. There are definitely still some clunky parts but that's expected with all new apps. I love the novel idea on turning the Pomodoro technique into a game. I loved the Forest app but thought that there could be more interaction and this is exactly what I was looking for. I was hoping for possibly more battling or monsters or something but maybe that'll come in the future. I look forward to seeing how this app evolves though I will lower the rating if the evolving doesn't happen lol.Show lessKCPink89
Best app to be efficient

Great idea
Personally, I always had trouble focusing on my work, and I have tried countless of apps to aid me in that. However, none of them worked as well as this app. Through its utilizing of a game type of atmosphere, it really allowed me to incorporate that reward mindset into my work. Huge Productivity Increase!
I was already using a pomodoro timer that worked... fine, but I thought I would try FocusByte to see if there would be any benefit.
WOW! I was already a good student, but FocusByte has helped me increase productivity in my studies AND other aspects of my life! The simple RPG/collect-a-thon style got me to focus more in my lectures, writing, workouts and readings too! I love what Dante is doing with this app. He seamlessly integrates the two sides of work and play and turns doing something that may be mundane into something very fun to do. I like the fact that he turns work into a game, which makes it very easy to not lose focus and gives me the motivation to study more.
