Solid Companion
I bought Pyrls a few years back to refresh on the top 200 hundred drugs and some counseling points for my outpatient job. The content is easy to find and the usability is amazing. I have transitioned to a residency and found that Pyrls is even more helpful here! Up to date guideline summaries and useful charts galore. They keep coming out with more content and improving. This is one of those references I will always have with me. Thanks for the great app and content!

Excellent app
This app has everything that you need with a very user friendly interface. Recent updates had items that were requested and the app developers are pouring sweat and tears into their work. Very well done!

The app is incredibly user-friendly and allows me to quickly and easily access information about a wide variety of medications, including dosing, interactions, and counseling points. I’ve been a part of giving feedback on what this app needs and dosing is something they recently added that I and others requested in the past.

Would be 5 stars but…
Have to find a way to fund your business outside of user subscriptions. All of this drug information is out there for free on other platforms. Love the layout and charts! Really nice job!
Amazing resource!
This reference has the best charts I’ve seen. They are so good at summarizing stuff for me. Other than the charts for disease states, this is the fastest place to get information they are very good and providing the summary of what you need to know. This is much better than having to dig through Lexicomp or UpToDate.

Amazing resource for pharmacy students
The charts available on this app are amazing. Super helpful! Really easy to use and love the layout. Much more User friendly than other resources.
Must Have Product for Healthcare Providers/Students!
Pyrls is a comprehensive medication database with easy to read charts of all major guidelines. I use this content every day when I meet with my patients and cannot live without it on a day-to-day basis.
Best Clinical Reference available
This reference is the best I have found. It is simple to navigate. I am able to mark my top used drugs or charts for quick access. I can’t brag enough about the layout and information that this app provides. The developers did a fantastic job of designing and implementing Pyrls. I tell all of my colleagues about it. 😃

Excellent visual app, but $$$$
The app is well organized and beautiful. However, its very expensive and doesn't have many drugs. For 60$, i expected a more robust database.
Wonderful but incomplete!
This app is by far the best and most user-friendly drug reference app I have ever used. HOWEVER it is very upsetting because at least half the drugs I go to look up on the app are not even included. This would be hands down the best drug reference app out there but the drug database is so small there is clearly a lot of work to do. Regardless, the tables and calculators are also amazing and have saved me many a time!
