Updates to payment method doesn’t work
Can’t update payment method on recurring membership. States service not found after filling out all the information. Thought it was my card but it does it on all of them I try.
Phone number code never sent
Just like everyone else said. This app doesn’t work and the app doesn’t allow you to set up an account bc of the number verification isn’t working.
Can’t create an account
App does not work. Unable to create an account-when entering phone number I never receive a text, if I try to create an account with my number the app states that this number is already in use. Tried to call the location twice now with no avail for a call back. As a member paying $40 a month for service-the least this company can do is return calls or update this app for members. Not impressed and will be canceling my membership.

The phone number verification doesn’t work, so I can’t create an account

I downloaded the app to try and manage my subscription but it does not work at all. When I enter my phone number, I never receive a text to verify the number. And when I try to create an account, it says an account already exists and does not let me proceed.

Same thing. Send for code but the code is never sent

Prompts for phone number to send a code then never does. Completely useless right now.
