Good but annoyingly buggy
This is a fun game but it's got some bugs... When you hit a wall or spin off the track you may find yourself bumping around for seconds (an eternity in a racing game) as your car tries to free itself. Sometimes you'll need to quit out of the race if it can't get itself loose. I've stopped driving some cars and even some tracks because it's just to easy to hit the sides.Show lessPeanut Buddah
Fun but a little untrustworthy
This is a very fun game and has a very good design and art to it I just wish that you could scan the side profile or the front of a car to get it in game but you have to scan the plate and i feel like you just can’t trust that.TTHLumbee

Fantastic Game Slightly Marred by Players
This game is amazing. Absolutely one of the most engaging, fair, and rewarding apps out there. Basically it’s Pokemon Go! but for cars.
My only complaint is that the player base has clearly taken to googling pictures of Aston Martins, Bugattis, and Lambos to get a leg up on the competition. I don’t see a great way for the company to get around this, so your options are to lose to cheaters with faster cars and keep your dignity, drive to the nearest Super Car dealer (2 hours for me) for some IRL scans, or sell your soul by googling like a jerk. Hi Dreamy. Thank you for your constructive review 🙏 We are aware of the challenge with people scanning cars from the internet and we've thoroughly tried looking into this. After having tested several "screen identifier" options who all ended up also ruining gameplay when scanning IRL cars, especially when "spotting" in darker environments, while shaking or just a bad angle. On the positive side, it also provides a welcome opportunity for players wanting to play SpotRacers but living in areas where they don't have access to a lot of different cars. It’s fun to play when you are allowed to. However, it has way too much idle time where you are waiting to play. The ‘solution’ is to take pictures of cars. The major problem with this is that it’s required that the license plate is the photo. If this was an app for the DMV, sure… but It’s completely unnecessary for a free game. And yes, the developer says this is encrypted, data is safe, yada yada yada. But we all know mistakes can be made. And in general if the product is free, then your data is used to make up the cost. If the license plate requirement is removed or cars could be driven more frequently, I would be giving this game a much higher rating.Show lesschilli0386

Hi chilli0386. Thank you for writing a review. We are aware of the challenge with the idle time primarily caused by car cooldowns. It's currently too long and thus annoying and we are working on an alternative solution where players will have more control over when and if to service their cars. With regard to the license plate/identifier requirement, we use the numbers on the license plate to generate an irreversible unique encrypted identifier so that players cannot scan the same car over and over again. This is a one-way encryption, meaning that the process cannot be reversed or retrieved to combine the original car and number plate.Pretty fun but remove car cool down
I happened to stumble across this game and decided to try it. It’s fun, I enjoy the cars and the way you can scan cars and use them in game. Really nice feature. The designs and maps are cool. I don’t like the car cool downs, I think that should be changed or allow you to buy a cool down remover for like a dollar or something like that.Show lessTeeboyy28

This game is cool. But in order to get cars in game … you have to take pictures or people’s license plates?? Where do those pictures go? Why can’t you just take a picture of the side profile of the car?ChinoPac03
Very addictive and fun
Honestly I’m surprised this game isn’t more popular tbh. It has amazing mechanics and is extremely simple to play, the app is very well put together, and it doesn’t feel like it’s pay to win. Love the concept of being able to play cars that you spot, though I do wish there was a slightly bigger variety of in-game cars. Hopefully for a later update!Show lesscoasterdolphin

Can I ask the developers to have a look at the new truck please, the muddy madness. When jumping over the big jump into the tight 270 turn, when you land it just spins you randomly. Doesn’t seem realistic. Thanks.Dmg9785

I went to take a picture of my car to “get it in the game” and it wouldn’t work because it couldn’t see my license plate. Well I don’t have a front license plate since they aren’t required where I live, so I guess I just can’t get “my car in the game.” Then I thought about it, and it’s very sketchy that this app encourages people to go out and not only take pictures of other peoples’ cars, but specifically their license plates.
