Not slick & why the charge for each order?
Was frustrating and hard work to register and set-up even on the free wi-fi. Worked OK once I was in. Not very slick experience and why charge the punter £0.25 per order to use? That p@ssed me off

When it take you three time longer to download a frigging app than to drink your cold coffee it’s poor . Goods news the place is empty.
Buggy & unresponsive
This ordering app is just a web page packaged as an app - it might be ok when using WiFi, but when using with the patchy 4G coverage at the waterfront it is an unusually frustrating experience - It took 3 attempts to get a successful order placed - and it felt unresponsive throughout.
