Major bug!!
I would like to love this app but it seem like every month rolls around and I get downgraded to a basic plan when I’m still paying for a premium plan. This needs to be fix fast before I stop paying all together. Especially when I can’t get support from the support team to write me back. It’s like one day everything is fine, than when my renewal date comes BAM! Downgraded!! This happens like every monthShow lessIke Golden
