Complètement inacceptable
Le principe d’une application pour une compagnie de taxi, c’est de pouvoir indiquer l’heure à laquelle vous voulez que le chauffeur soit à l’adresse demandée pour le ramassage. Sachez que la compagnie de taxi ne reçoit pas votre demande avant l’heure désirée du ramassage et qu’à partir de ce moment, vous êtes mis dans une file d’attente. Vous vous retrouvez avec pas mal de retard sur l’horaire prévu pour arriver à la gare ou l’aéroport. La compagnie dit qu’il faut appeler quand vous voulez un ramassage a une heure précise pour que le dispatch soit fait la veille. Oubliez l’application, ça vous sauvera des problèmes.

Very basic app. Not great at tracking your assigned taxi. Would be great if it texted you when a taxi is assigned and when it’s arrived.
Taxi Loyal usually good
Taxi loyal is usually a good service, but they aren’t the fastest to answer the call. Instead they’ll keep telling you that you’re a priority and leave you waiting for an hour or two. The service once inside is good though.
I think this is probably a fake taxi app
I use this app to call taxi, it showed me a taxi accepted my order, but there isn’t any information about the vehicle or driver and the taxi icon on the map did not move after 40minutes. There’s no customer service in this app and I believe this taxi company is not running.
