I’ve been ordering online since 2020 and I’ve always preferred the website to the app.
In the app, you can’t sort products. The option is there, but it has never worked.
The experience is quite slow (even though I have a fast internet connection). Comparing and selecting products is faster on the website because you can open things in tabs, which you cannot do on the app.
Mostly I use the app when the website checkout process breaks (this is not frequent, but occasionally after 2 hours shopping you find an error message when you try to check out). On the app, the checkout is always smooth. It’s a good thing that the app and website stay in sync: whatever you add to the cart, as long as you’re logged in, will appear on the other platform. The biggest downside of the website is that they have removed “Sign in with Apple” so if you’re ever logged out, you’ll have no way to use it again and you’ll be stuck with the app.
