Hi Lo House
Could not be the better place for anyone who wants to start a workout routine, or strength and conditioning. Being a post D1 basketball player with 3 knee injuries, this is the best workout for me with no high impact, extreme cardio while also toning and sculpting the hardest muscles to reach in the body. I could not feel any better. Also, hi lo helped me figure out my workout routine after competitive basketball. I almost never wanted to workout again, but hi lo house helped me get my motivation and work ethic back! Thanks Hi Lo House!! I’ll be here forever
