I received the watch Monday, July 26. Downloaded app via QR code. Tried email registration twice and phone registration once and have yet to receive anything after 6 hours. The Contact Support link on this page returns “page not found”. Went to fitologywatch.com, clicked the Chat button, relayed the above, entered my email. As it happens they were not available and will respond when they can. In the meantime I am writing this in the hopes they will see it. Tomorrow I will most likely start the return and refund procedure.
It is really a shame because the watch is very nice looking.Show lesshey.dopey

When I try to register, it gives me “server error” message, whether I use e-mail or phone, rendering the bp watch unusable, because I can’t use the watch without the app and the app doesn’t work without registering.Alex Rebuffo

Since we treat our users' data and security very seriously, that' why we put a lot of efforts to make the procedures neat.
