Fraud
I ordered a dress and it was literally so poorly made and nothing like what I ordered. I reached out to them several times and sent them photos of it. They tried to make excuses and then finally said they’ll be able to exchange it with the correct one. It was way too late by then for my brothers wedding and that would cost money to ship it back etc. they just stopped responded when I asked for a refund and went silent.
