您好， 台北熊好券第二波於12/20上午9時開放民眾在台北通APP意願登記，首日登記人數即近80萬人，已逼近第一波登記的總量(約96萬人)，估計流量是上一波的六倍！針對系統壅塞狀況進行緊急處理，透過分流排隊的模式，讓民眾錯開看到「登記」按鈕的時間，以平衡系統負載。 台北熊好券意願登記自2021年12月20日起至12月30日止皆可登記。只要在截止日前登記完成皆可以參加抽獎。Be careful
