This version introduces the Prospects Screen, where you can search through all of your customer appointments from the past year. Rehash old appointments and use your SolutionView projects to convert pending into sold estimates. On the appointment PDF, we have updated the display of discounts on the document. In scenarios when there were multiple discounts added, they would run off the page. Now, they wrap into multiple rows. Lastly, there was a modification to how form field defaults work. Now, if there is a field that triggers automation and has a default added, the automation will already be present when a form is opened.

This version of SolutionView brings new features within the calendar, findings, inspect, and project pages. SolutionView also now includes configuration publishing and versioning! That feature specifically will enable companies to modify and tweak configurations before publishing for field use. Here is a list of all that’s new in SolutionView: Calendar events include styling updates to tighten up the confirmation call and customer information. There is also now a more visual if an appointment hasn’t been downloaded locally to the device. In the calendar, when you press the pending updates icon in the top right, there is an upload status that displays until completed. Toggle off the findings section entirely for appointments, if you desire. When taking photos during an appointment, there is now a toggle to allow a user to have those photos save to the device. The app will save your preference as you take additional photos. Click into photos you have taken during an appointment to annotate and markup. Use this tool to communicate to your customers and installers. New field type was added to allow a user to quickly add new forms to the appointment. New field type that allows a calc field to be repeated as many times as an inspection needs. With this new feature, use the same calculator to take measurements of differing areas and have a combined total. Enhancement to solution automation that allows for numeric fields to update the product quantity and/or product price as an override to the standard product unit price. The options page now includes arrows on the ride side of each area row. This will make it simpler to reorder areas in the options page. When a user adds an override discount that increases the project size, the proposal will remove itemized pricing and mention of discounts. For companies using the override to cover a project minimum, this removed customer confusion that would arise with the proposal. The distribution list now allows for separate individuals to be emailed based on the appointment status of sold or pending. A use-case here would be to add a project coordinator to the sold list, since that individual doesn’t need to see every appointment that comes through.

The app now supports larger calculation functions, enabling calcs like heating or cooling load calculators in HVAC. Products can now be priced using unit or incremental base pricing models. Minimum price can now also be set for a product. Video resources in a form can now be sent to a customer's email. Documents can also now be sent to the customer's email. A company can now configure or modify meeting navigation titles, headings, and select the size of directions text. A fix to discounts using product categories is also included in this release.

In this version of SolutionView, we bring a brand new feature to forms, Product Recommendations. We also implemented enhancements to the Add Products screen, as well as enabling company specific proposal customizations. Product Recommendations Feature: This new feature appears as a button within a form that opens the Add Products page, but only filters by product categories. This is helpful to filter down a large list of products down into a manageable short list of product choices. Add Products Screen: The product category chips now remove all unrelated products when selected. This means that as you click more than one category, it will only show products that are associated with all selected product categories. Also, now when you add a product, it will be displayed as selected. Proposal Customizations: There are now options to include a default proposal image, remove itemized pricing, add product descriptions, remove the specifications page, and also a new design layout for the recommendations page. Oh yeah, also, we added the ability to put tags for use in your eSignature apps!
