Great app!
I’ve used this app as part of a tour group for two separate trips around parts of Europe, it was fantastic to have so much information on every aspect of the trip from meeting points to time frames and events to sign up for. Highly recommend it for tour guides wanting to make their group trips seamless. Even on a day it rained and the whole day was moved around our app was updated with the latest information.Show lessughhhhhh14568

A must have for traveling!
This app is so helpful for traveling purposes and staying organized! My husband and I went on a tour across Europe and this app helped track our schedules and events for the day. It had an hour by hour breakdown for each day and was simple to navigate and use! We love this app so much and hope to be able to use it again on future tours!Show lessaubreystoner

Just wrapping up an EF Tour to Spain and my Director used this app to map out all activities and expenses if necessary. You can see you schedule update in live time as well as pay for any extras events as they come through, and of course get reimbursed too. This is so great for not having to plan how much cash you’d like to being and you can pay however you choose. Sure there may have been some hiccups here and there but nothing that was too crazy.Show lessReese CB
All your directors should use this!
I’ve traveled with a company called EF Ultimate Break multiple times and this last trip I just finished was the first one where our TD used Planafy. It made such a difference in the organization and smoothness of the trip. The other TD’s I’ve had would just text us the itinerary the next day over WhatsApp, but this app allows you to see every day planned out down to the times and meeting locations.
Highly recommend for TD’s to use this and I’ve submitted on my review to EF to pay for the TD’s accounts because our TD had to pay out of pocket.Show lessanelisebram
