  • Used to be great…

Since the 1.4 update, none of my team can connect to our board. Every time we try to select our board, it says “Connected. Getting Data.” And then crashes seconds later to start all over.
  • Unsupported

Several on our church worship team have been using this app for the past five months. I was never truly happy with it compared to the one we previously used but that’s not the main point. We cannot use it at all now! Apparently there was an “upgrade” three weeks ago. This upgrade caused the individual settings to disappear. We’re not able to access the mix from the App And therefore the sound technician is having to mix individually for several people. This defeats the whole purpose of the app. Please fix this!!! I know that there are thousands of people also frustrated with this. I am not the only one. Your company was contacted three weeks ago and nothing has changed. Very unhappy with customer service.

  • Doesn’t connect.

We’re only able to connect manually. We have app version 1.3.1 & WING Firmware 2.0.

Rescan doesn’t work. Beyond frustrating if it’s not user friendly, why even make the app?
