Non existent customer support AWFUL
I have tried to contact the Customer support for several days and so far they have never contacted me. This game has a lot of problems. First, the puzzle pieces that you earn will disappear every single day so you cannot put a picture together and you can never finish the newest set. Next your daily bonuses seem to always to roll 2K or 5K never the big ones. I have taken stats over the last 10 days and I’ve got 2K 7 times and 5K three times plain awful. The newest girls that just came out are glitched and it takes way too much effort to obtain the pictures of them especially since puzzle pieces disappear daily. If customer service ever contacts me and fix this problem I was glad to give it better stars.Show lessJawebo

There is a glitch with the newest release. When you try to build the puzzles for Alice, Lisa, and Eve, the game does not retain your progress. You may earn a puzzle piece, but the next time you log on, that piece will be gone.
Also, when did they stop giving away puzzle pieces as part of the board game when you’re on a date? That used to be the only way to get them.Show lessah he seen

I’m at room 7....up until now the game has been working fine....but for some reason I’m this room, when I get puzzle pieces, after putting the phone down, the next day the puzzle pieces I got are gone. What’s going on?ejaderrph

I have 40 stars and cant seem to use them for anything. Idk why i can bye more collection cards with the stars.penguin 256
Good but...
This game is fun and all with good looking art style but it is so difficult to get money. You only get a certain amount of ads and the money amount for ads does not increase as you move to different rooms so the grind is tremendous. Please make it so that we can get money a bit easier such as unlimited ad watching or some sort of mini game.Show lessCrowbar Jones

I finished all 5 locations got all collections and location 6 is still unavailable . I check App Store for updates there was none , how to unlock location 6.VGambini
