Overall, this laundry payment app does what’s it’s supposed to do and more. It’s easy to refill my account balance, and the feature that shows you how much time is left in your given machine is much appreciated, especially since in my building, I have to go down two flights of stairs, walk across the building, and go down one more flight of stairs to get to the laundry room. I am one of the lucky ones too.
Sometimes the app doesn’t scan a QR code correctly, and it takes a while for a chosen dryer to start before the app times out. Also, the timer doesn’t always start on the app. However, it works most of the time, and it’s good enough for me.Burke D.

It is convenient to use when it is working. I have had issues every now and again where it takes a hour to get a washer started because it doesn’t want to connect to my Bluetooth. Aside from that it is great. The app tracking on the machines you have going allows me to multitask.YJLOVERLY

Downloaded and used the App to pay for laundry and none of the QR codes worked that morning. Reached out via the App and email and no response in regards to my refund. Would not recommend to do laundry, I would recommend just using coins.Simon Rusky
