"Welcome to the HERO CONNECT mobile app. For the past 6 decades, U.S. Waterproofing has been the leader in utilizing cutting edge technology to protect basements and crawl spaces across Chicagoland. The HERO line of sump pumps, found only at U.S. Waterproofing, is another example of using advanced technology in order to ensure dry basements and crawl spaces. Use this app to monitor, see the status of and receive alert notifications from your HERO Sump Pump, This app also offers product support including FAQs and other options. Features: • Monitor status of your HERO Sump pump system • Receive push notifications of potential problems • Edit alert settings of WiFi modules • Customer support (online, phone, or email) In order to monitor the status of your sump pump, you will need to have a HERO Sump System and a HERO Connect linked to a Wi-Fi network. This will allow for remote monitoring of pump activity. If a potential problem arises, the status page will display a red warning and explain the specific problem. In addition to the status page, you will be notified via email, text message, or push notification.
