Amazing App and Company ELROND
Few apps and companies such as Elrond with their native $EGLD currency have been able to create such a user friendly experience. Hasn’t worked for over a month now
I’m excited about the the future of Elrond and EGLD, but the app is unfortunately not working and is plagued with many UI issues.
Phone number attestation initially failed continuously (while still giving access to the wallet, weirdly enough), and future updates just changed this to pending. It has been pending for over a month now.
Random pages just have “Label” as the default text for all of the labels. Someone didn’t add unit tests...
Support is also not up to par. Sure, you can message support and they respond in 2 hours they say. Three days later, still nothing. Hence a negative review to perhaps get their attention. Please listen to your users!
If it helps, I have a US-region phone in Tunisia with a Tunisian number. If Maiar doesn’t work here, then don’t let me sign up in the first place!VirtualVal
Not compatible with my location
I live in those island and my state is not compatible with the moonpay platform. There should be more ways to add money because I can't do anything with the app now since I can't put money into it. Buying crypto on another platform is sending it is a waste of money in the fees. I like the platform and the idea just wish it worked for my area.Cdurand56

Hard to get support answers + some feature ideas!!
If only you had a better support, not to answer in real time (would be great thou) but in few hours. I have a question for 3 days and still nothing!
Another cool feature would be to see how much you invested in “real” money, (the price you paid) to have an ideea of the profit.
Some times the buy button doesnt work, but i am guessing its a third-party.
Could we import the wallet from elrond to maiar app any time soon, this would be cool.
