This app doesn’t work with their access codes
WSET the whole process is unnecessarily slow and inconsistent. It shouldn’t take days to generate a code and then have it not work (and THEN have to wait several more days) to get a new code. The technology that you’re using shouldn’t be haphazard. This is frustrating.

As a student, I have directly contacted WSET London via email and asked at their HQs for access. They said they said they do not provide any digital materials or app access.

I have a valid WSET account but can’t log in to this app. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get tech support, either.

I have just downloaded the app and it works great, there must have been an update as my experience is not consistent with the other users.
Frustrating
I can read the book but it’s pretty frustrating that I pay $50 and have so many typical ebook functions that don’t work. The zoom function is quite silly in the fact that you’re essentially zooming in on a pdf.. I could understand if this was a $5-10 add on in addition to the book I already bought but $50? Most importantly though is the fact that you have to log in every time you access the app… not WSET’s fault clearly the developers but the reason I got the ebook was for travel and if I’m on an airplane without wifi or a ferry boat without signal why can’t I access my ebook that has been downloaded on my phone? I get logging in once a month or once a week but give me a break once or sometimes more than once a day?? Very frustrating

Completely Non-functional
This app is completely useless. I have a WSET account. I can log into their website and the tasting notes app. When I try to log into this app, it says that they have no record of my email address.
