It’s fixed!!

The app was down for a while, but it’s been fixed and it works beautifully! :)

It’s broken

This app has been broken since December, when I noticed I couldn’t use the search bar to find books without getting an error pop up. Since then, the problem has only gotten worse— it’s to the point that I get a server connectivity error pop up upon opening the app and can’t access my info at all

Please fix!

This is a great app, but no longer works at all. Hoping it will be fixed soon!!

Stopped working

I used to like this app but it recently stopped working completely.

Broken

The app used to be fairly decent but hasn’t worked at all for 2+ weeks.

Broken!

It broke about a week ago- can no longer access the catalog or holds.

Just quit working

I used this app on a daily basis for years and now all of a sudden it says I don’t have an internet connection (I do) and will not open at all. PLEASE FIX! This was my best tool for managing my holds & checkouts!

Not as good as the old app

I find this app not very user friendly and I like the old app better. For instance, I wanted to search for a fictional murder mystery to read so typed murder mysteries in the search bar. The only titles that came up were ones with “murder mysteries” in their titles. When I placed a hold on an item, it no longer tells you how many copies there are and what number you are in the hold line for that item. I find this app to be more difficult to find what I’m looking for. Now I will personally go to the library to find a book because the computers are easier to search in.

Great Resource

It's great to be able to check on the hold status of my items without having to dig through my email. I think the app is organized very well, just takes a little getting used to.

Needs List Function

Great library app. The one thing it is missing is the capability to make lists so users can keep track of library books/movies, etc. they’re interested in to return to later. A library system I’ve used in another state had this feature, and it was so helpful to be able to save lists of titles that I was interested in eventually borrowing but didn’t want to put on hold right away. It really helped to not have to search items in my lists from Goodreads, Amazon, etc. over and over again in the library catalog to see what was there.
