this app will not allow you to use it unless you scan the QR code or bar. It says sign in without a ticket, but doesn’t allow you to go anywhere. It also says put in the order number, but it does not work. Wasted $90 on five tickets and no interactive map for half of us who wanted to go to different areas

Did not work on site, and really ruined the trip.

No problems for me. Very useful summaries with quick download/refresh!

Won’t let me sign in with. Ti let. Enter button will not enable after providing ti key barcode I formation.
Broken
Unfortunately you can’t log in once you’ve bought your ticket - either by scanning the QR code, the bar code OR the order number. The ‘enter’ button is unresponsive. It’s a shame - seems like a handy app.
Not as bad as some people say.
Worked fine on my iPhone 15pro. But audio tour does stop when phone goes into standby which they should fix. Location worked for me perfectly and it was very useful guiding me round the Pompeii. Next day I was using it and the story of the centaur looking for a mate wa very entertaining!

This is a horrible app. Nothing works. It’s a waste of time!

Il n’y a même pas de QR code sur mon billet alors j’ai décidé d’entrer le numéro mais ça ne marche pas non plus.
Infuriating
Don't waste your time. This stupid app crashes continuously and the map search function is utterly useless. It never finds anything you search for. And the downloaded audio package is of such poor quality that you can barely hear the narration.
