We LOVE Canticos but…
The app is NOT worth the price. Review from a toddler mom and primary school Dual Language Educator.
The bulk of it is videos. I do not want need to pay for my child to sit and watch videos. The website mentioned educational games “updated monthly” however, I have not seen any updates to the games.
Remove the star ratings! Young children do not need the added dose of dopamine for completing a game. Also, provide an option for the speed of the bubbles in the games. They go way too fast!
I really do hope more games are added ( without the star ratings). Games that both aide in language development and key foundational skills such as letter sounds, numbers, patterns, colors, etc. Please add more games that require critical thinking!

Esta app no es realmente amigable
La instalé en el iPad de mi hija y nunca corrió, luego lo instalé en mi iPhone y solo puede escuchar la aplicación con audífonos, es cara la aplicación para los beneficios que ofrece.
Sound Not Working
I have this downloaded on my iPad mini and the sound isn’t working at all.

We’re raising our daughter primary in Spanish in the USA and it’s hard to find good educational content that she can relate to! This app is spectacular! Really well made and I love that you can set your primary language to Spanish! Highly recommended!!

Cute app, but teases you
This app is built upon a wonderful idea, but of course it requires a subscription to play it at all. It teases you by letting you create an account before it states that you need a subscription. Yes, it does say that it’s subscription-based in the app description, but it’s at the very bottom on purpose.

Just Make It A Purchasable App
I thought this was going to be free since… it is, and of course I figured there’d be some in-app purchases available but we’d still be able to use a free version of the app. But once you create an account, you can’t actually login without paying something. What’s the point? Just make it an app you have to pay for to save everyone’s time. What a let-down.

Everything was horrible make it available on more things and the sound fix it picture horrible
The app won’t override Lock Screen
This app won’t override my Lock Screen, which is different than most other streaming media apps. This makes it such an annoying experience when my kids are trying to watch videos. Completely takes away the experience. Please fix or update.

My kids love this app!
As a parent of 5 kids, I will tell you that education is near and dear to my heart. We don’t speak Spanish as a family but I believe that bilingual education is so important. My kids love this app. This is an app that my kids use everyday and is one that I know is safe for my kids. It’s an app that is teaching my kids. Thank you Encantos for making this app!
