I am paying the monthly subscription for this app. However, some song categories mention you have to be a member. So what is the benefit of a monthly subscription?
I inquired how to become a member and it doesn’t provide any information about membership. It has information about their different types of subscriptions (monthly, every six months and yearly) does not mention membership. Also, you cannot upgrade the type of subscription via Apple as it only offers a monthly subscription. Lastly, they do not provide any support service so you cannot contact them.
So, what exactly am I paying for? I am hoping the company or developer will respond about this once I post this review, but I doubt it.
Good thing I subscribe to Karafun as it has proven to be a fantastic Karaoke app compared to this one.Joiniet
