Introducing global search in Admin mode! In this version, admins can search for members, teams, and programs across their entire organization. It’s now super easy for admins to quickly find any information they need right from their phone. This includes parent and guardian contact details so admins can initiate calls, texts, or emails from the app.

Admins can now use this mobile app to manage their organizations on and off the field! In this version, admins can see exactly what their coaches and staff see—across their entire organization. This means that they can view all teams’ schedules, members, details, chats, and announcements; as well as schedule and edit games and events (including creating custom locations and external teams). Admins can also use this app to stay on top of attendance by sending RSVP reminders and checking-in athletes as they arrive. And, no sweat if the admin is also a coach or parent—we’ve made it easy for them to switch between these roles and stay on top of everything right from their phone!

In our latest app update, we've rolled out several key improvements to simplify your youth sports experience. We've introduced a new payment feature on the Home Feed to ensure you never miss a payment. Additionally, we've updated the default Home Feed, Teams, Calendar, and Message tabs to minimize confusion and reassure you that you're in the right place, even when schedules and rosters are not published. Plus, we've fixed the bug that was preventing announcements from being hidden.

We've also enhanced our accessibility with improved dynamic type features, making the app more user-friendly for everyone. And, of course, we've ironed out some minor bugs for a smoother experience. Exciting “Announcement”: Admins can now broadcast messages—called Announcements—into this app and via push notification, so no one on the team misses a beat. There’s also a new tab in town! The Teams tab will display if you have any active teams, so you can easily select and pin the most relevant teams to view their details. Additionally, coaches and staff now have the option to send and view RSVP reminders directly from the RSVP tab, and can also choose to view RSVP totals without the staff and coaches accounted for. Several navigation and experience enhancements have also been made to the app’s home feed, badge counts, buttons, labels, scoring, and player profiles which now show guardian information and new call, text, and email options. Go take a spin through all of these improvements to your app experience!
