Awful Application
This app is so buggy to the point where it is unusable. I haven’t able to download my mobile tickets in months. Numerous app updates later and it’s still not fixed. The implementation is truly embarrassing.
If there were negative stars this app would have it
Worst app ever!!! I have tried everything to link my tickets which used to be extremely simple. I now have to go to the link on my account and download them because the links on this app are worthless. They’re trying to link Ticketmaster to Dr Phillips Center and it just doesn’t work. Dr Phillips will lose if they continue to use this app. No one wants to deal with this on an evening out.

Worthless
Total waste of time. The app never remembers me and I can never login, despite how often I update my password. It seems to be too wrapped in with Ticketmaster for reasons I can’t understand.
Doesn’t integrate correctly
I can login to my TM account and see tickets for any other show I have booked. But my Broadway in Orlando subscription which this app is specifically for? Nope, won’t show up! Can see them on the website so it’s an app specific issue, not my account. Also the app wants absurd permissions like always allowing location.

Can not access tickets
I can not access my tickets for tomorrows show. No info here or on app on how to remedy this

Not ready for release
Used app to put tickets in my wallet. By showtime they had disappeared from wallet and I had to scramble to find them for admission to the theater. Tested it later, put in wallet and they disappear within an hour. Go back to app, retry. Happens repeatedly
Cannot Use
I can’t login to the app, it’s useless. I have to go chrome, login and add my tickets to my wallet.
Links failed, images improperly displayed
It seemed this app was rushed to release. The Ticketmaster connection to see my tickets fails with an error message 418 - not authorized. Also under tickets, the images of the shows are not displayed correctly. I look forward to using this app to see the shows at the theatre- so I know this will be fixed in the next release.
