What's New in Landlord's Property Manager

For those of us who have multiple years' worth of transactions, this update eases selection of custom dates on the reporting screen.
The app is very easy to use and I like the ability to test it out on one property. Features I would like are: The ability to keep tract of tenants over time and not just the current tenant, the ability to add Notes/To-Do, and the ability to add events (like upcoming maintenance). A budget or forecast ability would be great, too. Also, there is a report for rent arrears but I could not figure out how to add rent arrears for the property. I did not like the LPM branding on the report header. It detracts from being able to generate a professional report. That should be removed and just provide a simple header with Landlord’s name and Property Address instead of that logo.
