Terrible App and Zero Customer Service
The app is awful on iPad and iPhone and the connections are wildly unreliable. Trying to reach out to customer service is an absolute joke - they barely respond. If you’re lucky enough to get a response - expect attitude and lots of it. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

It’s horrible on windows 10,had to delete it twice but, on iOS it works flawlessly
Great vpn
OVPN works well as a high speed, truly secure and fully independent VPN service. It’s easy to set up and use. The customer service is also really great. Thanks guys
Just a bad company
When I started using this product, it was difficult to tell if it was truly effective because there was a variety of glitches happening throughout my iPad. The customer support was simply nonexistent. There was no one on one option anywhere. Only email and a message app that would only let you leave a question and they would only respond by email. This could take days. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Why do you need to login every time before connecting. I can’t login in vpn blocking regions!
Unreliable with no support
Since the beginning, I’ve had trouble with this app. It disconnects constantly. Now it refuses to log me in. I contact support, but all I get back is a message to chat with them in their app. When I go to their app, regardless the time of day, they’re never available. What’s worse than no VPN? An unreliable VPN that gives you a false sense of security. I’ve asked for a refund according to this company’s trial policy. They ignored my requests. This is why you should use a credit card if you do choose to give this shady company a try—so you can initiate a dispute with your bank if the company refuses to honor its trial offer. Unethical and unreliable company. Stay far away.

Would not let me sign in. Kept asking to check I am human box that is not there. Back to researching other VPNs
