Terrible
Frustrating. Can’t book. ‘You are outside the booking window’, message (even when within the booking time frame, which is 3 days in advance). Watching class get booked up. The people who work and volunteer and attend this gym are all great..and the facility is great, but this app is a terrible frustrating experience. Please please please fix !

Can no longer book through the app
This has been a big headache. I can’t book through the website or the app and the staff are dumbfounded.
Review function needs serious work
There needs to be an option to filter the reviews by date and class so if I’m looking for how other members liked a class I’m interested in I don’t have to scroll for ages. The reviews are all out of order and it can get confusing.
Terrible. Doesn’t work
I signed up to YMCA for the first time last week. The app didn’t work when I tried signing up. Then it was working for a day or two, but returned to being useless. Now I can’t log into the app at all. Great gym, but the app is really downgrading the whole experience by making it so difficult to make/change reservations.

Reporting a glitch / bug
I use an iPhone 11 with the latest iOS, and for some reason the times I register for the gym do not appear in my iCalendar even after I turned on this setting / gave the app access to my iCal. Thought I would report this issue.
Calendar stopped working
This is crucial functionality because we are required to book. I immediately see an issue and cancel/rebook. Also the reminders helped. I missed a few sessions in the last week and realized I had totally missed my time slot please fix!
