Good idea
The app is a good idea, but there are already local Facebook groups for all of these activities. There is no draw to the app other than the gear supplier discounts (idk if this is even offered anymore); nobody seems to use the app after they’ve made a profile.
I deleted because it’s constantly crashing or prompting 503 errors etc. I get the devs need money to make improvements, but this app just sort of seems like a solution to a made up problem.Show lessdylan__

I’ve tried to create an account multiple times with zero success. After I input my phone number and password and then touch sign up the app gets stuck on the loading phase so I can’t even use the app. Really a bummer as I’ve been looking for something like this forever and you guys seem to be the only one that has an app like this.Show lessWinn-Dixie-Shiloh
Facebook events without the Facebook
This has taken so much of the stress out of finding friends in a new area. The group chats could be streamlined a bit more, but all in all, it’s an amazing app to go do stuff with groups of similar interests!Iloverc

Went on multiple trips/adventures with people from past times! If you’re looking to meet people and get outside there is no better way! Have met and made so many friends through this app! People are just looking to build a community and get outside!zman242
Great idea, too many bugs rn
Bugs galore when attempting to set availability or create an event. Would have loved to try making it work, but cursor glitches, location services unavailable, outright inability to post anything, and plenty more minor things made me give up.Mike ()
Meet people who like the same activities
Making friends in your 30s is hella hard. Especially when you’re living in a new city. Pastimes is an awesome way to connect with peeps who are into the same thangs as you. Want some examples? Cool I’ll give ya some: do you like rock climbing? Sweet, pastimes will help ya find someone to climb with. Going skiing for a weekend and spending a day on the slopes solo?
