I love using this app to prepare for my meetings by adding agenda topics ahead of time.

More seamless collaboration, more productive meetings
I truly don’t know how I would manage meetings without Leadr ever again. Having the ability to review my meeting agendas ahead of time, add topics no matter where I am, and see tips on how to work with my team inside of an app has been a game changer. I always feel prepared for my meetings, notes are in one place, and my manager has visibility into what’s front-of-mind for me so we can maintain alignment. I’ve become so much more effective since using Leadr!

Great program, terrible app
I really wish yall would fix your app. When I am busy and think of something that we need to talk about in our next meeting, I don’t want to search the Internet for your website and login in order to add that agenda item. Half the time the app doesn’t even load or it automatically logs me out and won’t log me back in. I should be able to assign and read and respond to reviews, feedback, and all of that through the app. those should be basic things. I should be able to see any meeting I want.
Update: Seriously. It’s the 21 century. Everything is done on the phone. Our company is looking for something else that is more mobile because the app is pointless.

We couldn't agree more! We just released our new app, which takes the great browser experience and makes it available natively on all your devices. The new app will stay up to date with the browser version seamlessly, so no more worrying about features matching up. We hope you'll check it out!

Needs more stuff
Limited App/Great on Browser
I really enjoy using this program as an employee that both is looking to receive direction/instruction/challenges/feedback and as someone who is looking to provide those things for those under my leadership.
Unfortunately the app is limited in its functionality & it frequently struggles to run properly. Otherwise - when it works - it’s a great extension of the program. Looking forward to being able to use it more as the developers fine tune it!

Decent app
Good dashboard… summarizes everything on the browser version. One missing feature is that you can’t add a meeting with the app which is frustrating. Any plans to fix that in the future?
People development in your pocket
This is the first tool that has allowed me to have all my people progress on the go. I can add topics to my 1:1s, track goal updates, and more all from my Leadr app.
How Cool Is This?
The company I’m at uses Leadr’s people development solution and it’s legit. The fact we can use it on our phones is even cooler
Makes managing people teams on the go so much easier
I use this app to help manage my 1:1’s and team meetings. I love that with the app, I can add meeting agenda items when I think of them, even if I’m not at my desk. It all automatically syncs with the web application so when it’s time for my meeting, nothing is lost or forgotten. It’s a huge productivity booster!
