Can’t Open App
I’m on the newer version of iPhone and had just discovered fanbox. For some reason after downloading the app it will not open no matter if I’m on WiFi or not. Seems to be a connection to the server issue because all of my other apps open without fail.
Can’t log in!
I logged out as I needed to link my account to the website but the login with Facebook keeps just going in a loop and can’t log in.. have deleted app and reinstalled but the same issue! It’s annoying!

Help needed
This is a great app, but I and a couple other people I know have been having trouble getting onto AleXa’s concert. The concert is in a couple of days, and when tickets were first released, tapping on the “enter” button would take you to a teaser clip for her concert. I am concerned, because as of now, it is not letting me or my friends watch the teaser video, which I am scared will interfere with watching the concert when it happens. The only way I could find a way to contact the creators of this app was through the App Store reviews, which is also somewhat concerning for me. I apologize, and hope I can get a response from the app creators. Thank you.
