Bad update
My app updated today and now I’m not able to order anything. I can’t log into my account, I can’t check out as a guest. When I try to reset my password it only allows strong password, it doesn’t let me make my own. When I reset the password and attempt to log in with the new password, it tells me the password is wrong.
Please fix this. I only order from here through the app as i don’t have the space in my schedule to come in and order and wait for my food.Show lessChooChooDerailed
App needs some hot fixes
I have been unable to use the app to start an order now for a month or so. It just spins when starting an order.Bobily156
Can’t Add a New Card
I’ve been willing to put up with some of the other issues people have brought up (poor design and user experience, not connected to perks) because of the convenience of being able to skip the line and order. But I can’t even do that right now because the app won’t let me add a new card. It takes me to the new card page, but then there are no boxes for the card number or security code.Show lessPhil_P_STL
Horrible App
I just tried to sign up for a new account in the app. Upon completion, it saved neither my email address Nor my password to Apple Keychain before dumping me out to log in again. Now, when I try to create a new account, it says I already have one. You know - that same account that I was never able to sign in to?? Brilliant engineering, guys. NOT.Show lessVixyswillie
Unable to collect rewards
I got the app and after activating my rewards account when I order in store my account can’t be found and I can’t get points.A83RN
No perk points?
The account info doesn’t seem to pull over. I am unable to use perk points on the app and online it says I had no orders placed at all when I use the same log in. Please fix the app to reflect perk points so they can be utilized and have the app information reflect correctly online as well.Smufyyyy
