미국에서 살면서 항상 한국 옷, 한국 제품들을 사고 싶었는데 샤샵 덕분에 가능해졌어요! 특정 제품만 살 수 있도록 제한하지고 않아서 너무 좋아요! 다만 앱이 사용하기 조금 불편한 것 같아요ㅜㅜ 장바구니와 주문하는 방식 등 인터페이스가 조금 개선이 필요한 것 같아요. 이 점만 빼면 너무너무 좋아요!윤옥수

They changed their shipping and now it only takes few days only!!!!! I ordered something from Korea and from order to delivery it only takes a week. Only 7 days!!!! This is super fast!!!! I love shaashop so much!!!!!kkangji73

Previously, it took 2-3 weeks to receive my package, but they upgraded their shipping method, and now it has only one week or less to get your package. Great work! They respond to your questions 24 hours or less. Definitely recommended if you want to order sth from South Korea.nayamnayam0_0

진짜 너무한거같아요…
8월말쯤 주문해서 8월31일 뉴저지 쉬핑 됐는데 17일인 오늘도 CA 에 있다고 나오고 정확한 트랙킹도 되지않네요. 상담문의 연락하면 2-3일뒤에 겨우 답변 달리는데 그답변도 정확하게 말씀을 안해주네요. 뉴저지 도착해야하는데 쉬핑한지 17일이 지났는데도 CA 로 뜨고 12일이후에 업데잇도 안되서 분실인지 원래 이렇게 오래걸리는건지 황당하네요. 운송업체도 연락이 제대로 안되네요. 리뷰 좋아서 주문했는데 진짜 화나네요..Ralphusa

You can’t do much without logging in. Imagine a grocery store that won’t let you in and walk around to find what you want unless you open your wallet to them to show you’ve got money.

Below is their response. Obviously, they don’t understand what’s wrong with their business mindset. You are a threat to their website’s security unless proven otherwise. Does Amazon require login just to browse? How about Walmart? Target? Best Buy?

Very unprofessional service
Horrible services. They charge a ridiculous amounts of money for international shipping “by mistake” and make customer figure it out and deal with it again. I was their customer for several months but not anymore.Concealer99
