Garbage
The instructions provided with the unit are not compatible with the feeder. I received an email within 2 days after delivery providing me with instructions that did work and I was able to connect to WiFi and program the feedings. Within a week the app failed repeatedly despite every attempt to log back in. I’d like to summarize my entire experience with 2 words: Failure & Garbage.Pixieap
Can't connect
I was only able to connect to it one time and assign a schedule feed for my pet after that you can't login, becoming useless. Developer should just remove the logging in for every device and have connections the same properties with a Bluetooth headphone.echipare
Can’t login to the app
Can’t login to the app so you can setup the feeder. Unfortunately the only way to set the timer is via the app. Please fix the app as soon as possible otherwise this product can’t be used..bobriss114

Do not waste your money or spend hours trying to get this feeder connected via Bluetooth. I could not get an account set up as it errored out repeatedly. It would never connect to Bluetooth on my iPhone despite the phone & the feeder sitting side by side. The directions were followed to a T and still no luck. Sending these back to Amazon. Hopefully, they will get enough complaints that the manufacturers will finally address the issues with their app.uguysareasses
