This is my third time’s got accounts lost. Every time when I update and paid the membership then I would automatically logged off and then can not log in. Now I have to ask Apple for second times get my membership refund.PandaPurpleRain

Would give it 0 stars if I could, just based on the customer service I got. I emailed customer support to DELETE my account. I got a reply saying my account has been “deactivated”. I specifically asked them to DELETE bot DEACTIVATE my account. They explicitly chose to ignore my request Aside from the above, the app is a mess. Location is always wrong. I get fake match notifications. Please erase my profile from the face of the earth

Impossible to search members in my area. Every time you enter a location it shows you matches in New York. After the first use, I was unable to sign in again, because the app failed when hitting the “sign in” button. Requests for support went unanswered. Fun idea, very poor execution to-date.
Update after the “Developers Response” below:
Notice no acknowledgment of the issues. I have checked my spam and junk filters - there are no replies to requests for support. I have forwarded original messages to the email address they provided. I’ll update this review if they fix.Show lessjustapersonusingapps

Dear customer, we were able to confirm both issues you reported. The problem with login is solved, our fraud mitigation department mistakenly flagged your account for review. We apologise for that, it’s restored now. As for location issue, it’s now reviewed by dev team, please expect it fixed soon too. Thanks for cooperation and our apology for inconveniences. A complete waste of time and money. Most of these fellow golfers are hundreds of miles away. I believe many of the profiles are very old or fakecaptn Billy
Terrible app
I’ve filled out my profile and have downloaded the APP for a better experience. Terrible waste of time. I’ve uninstalled this app 3 times in hopes of resetting it. Nice idea. Glad I hadn’t paid yet.
