Hot Horse is using a new weather provider. The older versions will continue to work for until January 31, 2022. Please update by then. Another Huge Hot Horse Update! The index system has been changed to provide the WetBulb Globe Temperature Index (WGBT Index) which is the preferred heat index system for Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) - FEI.org, and is used for all Olympic Equestrian Events as well as any other FEI sanctioned competitions. New to 2.5, there is now a companion watch app as well. AlelinApps is proud to have all possible feature parity. This will support Apple Watch 3 and above, on WatchOS 7. There are complications for every face! The Hot Horse data engine has been fully reworked and improved, from getting your weather data, to displaying it on the screen. Reliability has been improved. 2.5.5 Updated and verified to work on iOS 15 and watchOS 8! •Recommendations now account for acclimatization! Is this the first cold day? Maybe your horse needs a little more blanket... •Corrected error where temperatures may not show properly on the daily blanket view. •Tweaked blanket recommendations for more consistency. •Squashed a bug where Average Horse may not appear on your watch. •Improved handling of naming new dropped location pins. •Improved naming with automatic shortening of long names. •Increased text contrast for the Subscription page and gave more feedback for the buttons. As the days get cooler, so is Hot Horse. Along with keeping your Hot Horse cool, we are now keeping it WARM! Hot Horse now recommends blankets! Get recommendations for day and night! Winter is a stressful time for horses, and proper blanketing can help maintain their health. You can now save information about your horse, and keep everything up to date! Hot Horse will make general recommendations as well as specific ones for your horse. Let Hot Horse handle determining your horses' Lowest Critical Temperature. Knowing every horse is different, you can tweak the recommendations based on how your horse responds. Have confidence that the recommendations are accurate for you. Version 2.01 Updated Blanket recommendations. Corrected error in recommendation logic. Fixed intermittent error where the day of the week labels would not appear on the Daily view. Pro users can now select horses from all views, not just Hourly & Daily.
