Widget Web User Reviews

Great

Quick and easy settings with all the features you could ask for. Of course the good stuff is behind the premium wall, but is still very usable.

You need this app.

Five stars isn’t enough to convey the usefulness, performance, and stability of this application.

You can snapshot anything visually available on the web and make it a widget on your phone. Stock market graphs, cryptocurrency graphs, photos—anything!

I’ve used the app for over 3 years, and I plan to continue using it as long as it’s available.

Great app but pls get rid of captions

There is a caption that says widget web under every widget.. and updates are a bit unstable sometimes! Otherwise would be perfect app!!

Response from developer

Hello. I suppose you are pointing to the app name below the widget. This is an iOS feature and developers cannot disable it. Moreover, on the iPad, widgets did not have this name. I don't know why Apple does this.

Great app but the free version is severely lacking…

I would probably buy the premium version of this app if I could try all the premium features for just one webpage. But even with only one webpage, the tap the widget to refresh feature doesn’t work. So without any proof of how well this works, I’m not going to pay for the premium version. It would be better if your first webpage had all premium features, even for a trial period, and then all subsequent pages added, or after a week, you have to pay for the full feature set. Without demonstrating how well the app COULD work IF i paid for it, there’s no way you’re getting my money.

Besides that, app seems to work as advertised.

Hello. You can use the free trial subscription to test all the features of the application. After all tests and before the end of the trial period, you can cancel your subscription without any commission.

Pls remove “web widget” caption

Best app on the App Store I’ve used. If possible pls remove web widget caption that appears under each big widget on the home screen.

This is what good app design looks like

This allowed me to code iOS widgets through only HTML on a web server. The customization options are extensive and the interface is buttery smooth. This is a wonderfully designed app and every feature I’ve needed is already implemented. One of the most impressive apps I’ve installed in a long while, as a fellow developer. Thank you!

Highly recommend

I have no issues adding widgets to websites on my home screen. However, it would be cool if you could interact with the website through the widget instead of interacting with the website to the app, but I could be too picky, but overall everything else is super reasonable. Even the forever pro version for three dollars is so reasonable.

Again, please take a look at this app if you need a convenient way to access a website without stumbling through your bookmarks

Hello, please watch the video help in the application menu or write to the support team.

The Best App Widget Web So Far

Love the functionality of the widget and highly appreciate the reliability of it.

Great idea, poor design

This app is useful but needs a designer. It doesn’t follow Apple’s Human Interface guidelines or frankly any sensible UX patterns. Text is misaligned and all over the place, and it tells you to read a tutorial upon opening. Great design is invisible, and it’s possible to design apps without requiring users to read a manual (yuck!)
