Worst app ever
How can you expect integrity and fairness when the app is not working properly ??
I was in middle of my exam and the app stop working twice, I even tried to answer questions fast as I can but still, can’t beat how bad this app is. I hope either the company improve the app or organizations should choose other companies to work with.

Helpful staff fix app crashes
Application itself is not intuitive and very slow. However, the proctors/staff on the call were super helpful and patient in guiding me through my test! Make sure your cookies are cleared, your app is up to date, and your network is stable to make tests go smoothly :)

They told me to download the app, I did. I couldn’t even make an account because you need a code. I asked support for the code they said that you don’t even need the app. Then it wouldn’t let me test unless I made an account so I completely logged out of everything just to sign back in and it finally let me start the process.

Worst website and app to ever exist
1 star is way too generous. After going through the motions to take my test 4 times in a row I ended up missing my state exam because the incompetent morons that that run it couldn’t figure out what was wrong and the only advice they had was “try closing everything and restarting again” which was so unhelpful and never fixed the issue. Not to mention their Indian accents where so strong I could barely understand what any of them were trying to tell me and they had to repeat at least 4 times. The reason why Credentia uses this site is way beyond me.

Horrible app and non existent customer service
Cannot get the app to work with my iPad. Tried it through the website. Error cannot use safari. Says to download chrome. I download chrome then log on there there. Finally get error message that now tells me that I need to use a laptop. What a horrible and required method to take my test. It has been over 24 hours on a weekday and no response back from tech support. I cannot schedule the exam until I can get the issues sorted and my device approved.

Low bandwidth
Not safari compatible
Screen sharing error that is not elaborated on so I can fix
I have issues that when the errors are presented it gives you no solutions or tips, the website only directs you to their support team that’s non existent. I’m still waiting. I have no idea what I’m going to do and I have a limited amount of time to try and figure it out before the test date closes.

Do whatever you can to avoid ever using this
This is one of the worst testing experiences I have ever had. Their website failed *twice* which led to incredibly stressful exams— both times. I had to reschedule twice to take this exam because their website is so antiquated. The app and website coders should be ashamed.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND APPLICATION
WHAT NIGHTMARE. Difficult on signing in and always have connection issues. Rude customer service. They will hang up on you and leave miserable trying to figure out and try to reconnect again. I wish the STATE BOARD ask the Credentia to get a better apps for the CNA EXAM. Horrible experience! Cheers for headaches.
