I been playing online slots for a while, MGM and Fandual and I wanted to try live. They had a match deal when signing up and offered me two additional ones. So I submitted $50, then $25 and a final $25. So I had $200 in total, it was not spelled out clearly but you had to bet hundreds of dollars to get that match amount, I didn’t care so I went to withdraw my initial $100 and it was locked, and then I logged in a few days later and had $28. From the game play , to the customer service this app is absolutely poor ! Complete rip off , 500$ in play and not one single in game bonus after trying several different games . By far the worst, they don’t let you withdraw your own money, they dont even try to help you if you reach out to them, if you do talk to someone they just tell you you gotta call or talk to someone else but when you call or talk to whoever they say your supposed to talk to, that person tells you you need to talk to playlive people to get your money. Hands down the worst I’ve ever felt.
My first day on here and I lost everything.
Any bonuses I’ve got or promos for free spins has been bare minimum rates and if you do hit it’s for Pennys and usually won’t get any kind of loyalty reward or bonus for weeks on end.
I think people should avoid playing with this company until they work out some kind of balance cause this is just a scam at this point.

Chat reps
Games are okay but the chat people are horrible. They take forever to respond and they have no clue what’s going on. I requested info about a promotion the chat person didn’t know told me to call back tomorrow because she was the only one there and didn’t know. I complained to management they did nothing. Today I spoke to chat again the agent didn’t know how to answer my question and ended the chat on me and this is not the first time that happened. I’m a Novice Gambler and Slot Player who plays at least 2-4 Hours EACH and EVERY day.
I have Active Accts on every Casino imaginable but only use and deposit $$ on a handful of them on a regular basis.
I don’t use PlayLive as I do with my main Casinos but I do deposit $$ in there here and there.

Not as good as it used to be
Something has changed at this casino. It’s like they’ve adjusted the slots to accommodate for jackass Joe Bidens record high inflation and falling economy. Games that have a high rtp haven’t been paying out as they should. There’s a few games that wont load and the same time that this started is the same time that I noticed the lower payouts on all their slots. I understand that casinos can’t raise prices to accommodate the higher costs of living but tampering with the return to player on their slots is not acceptable, if the people of this country must struggle because of bidenomics then the casinos can struggle too. Customer support is nonexistent
Can get a hold of customer support for the life of me whether it’s a live chat or an email nobody gets back to me there’s no phone number for online support there’s nothing. I just don’t understand why you can’t hire more people to work customer service online.
