This is probably one of the best beer money apps out there. While you can’t expect to make as much money as on platforms such as Swagbucks, it has its own positive aspects that make it just as good if not better depending on what you want from a money making app. The app contains an already large growing collection of games that are each balanced by difficulty to give you tickets based on how well you perform. You can redeem these tickets for points, though I can’t comment on that process yet because I haven’t used it yet. The app also has a claim system where you are given a daily amount of times you can claim tickets from games you play, so if you don’t play well, you can choose whether or not you want the points from that game or save your claims to claim a game that gives you more tickets. You are given a generous amount of claims, though, so running out isn’t really a problem unless you’re playing non-stop all day (even when playing all day, I had a lot left). All of the games you can play are pre-installed on the app, meaning you don’t have to follow any links or download any other apps, and each game is high quality with there being a variety of different genres. There are also bi-daily challenge raffles where you need to score a certain amount of points in order to be placed in a prize raffle, which creates a good incentive to try other games. This app is excellent, but I do have a few recommendations to make things better. For one, while there is a large amount of items you can redeem, you can only redeem gift cards up to $5 in value, which is a little tedious for those who are used to other programs that allow you to purchase up to $500 gift cards (personally, I usually redeem $20 or $50 gift cards). Limiting users to only $5 at a time isn’t much of a problem considering in most services you can stack cards, but for sites like eBay where you can only use one card to take off of a listing’s price, it makes redeeming some cards pretty situational. Another thing this app could benefit from would be leaderboard prizes. Although I understand that this isn’t likely, due to the fact that it would mean rewards would be given more frequently, but because there are already a daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboard in place, it would be interesting to see rewards be given to the top three players as an incentive to keep using the app and get better at different games. This wouldn’t have to be something as big as the other challenges, or could even replace them, but it would give leaderboards a bigger role. Overall, this app is great for anyone who wants to be a little more productive when playing games to waste time and can compete very successfully with other money making apps. I highly recommend it! Update: After deciding to redeem my ticket for a smaller prize to buy something I needed, I tried redeeming some Amazon cards. This is when I found the biggest problem this app has: the actual redeem system. Almost everything is completely out of stock constantly and whenever a new “prize drop” occurs, it’s only for a few specific items, so chances are what you actually want won’t be restocked. When the whole point of this app is to make small money for playing games, it’s kind of a problem when you can’t actually use your money. I’ve reduced my rating from a 4 star to a 2 star because the main function of the app is insanely difficult to actually use because of the developers’ inability to keep things in stock. Yes, this is one of the best money making game apps I’ve seen, but it kind of defeats the purpose when you can’t make any money.
Update: It’s been almost a year and I still haven’t been able to redeem anything since I’ve downloaded this app because nothing is ever in stock. At this point, I’m only keeping the app for the off chance that I find something I can use my large amount of points on. Despite the devs saying they are “working on a solution,” I haven’t seen a thing change. Great product with a horrible reward system that isn’t worth your time if you want to make money.
