  • Cool Game!

    This game is great and I love the mechanics! It would be cool if there was a multiplayer mode where you could play tag, either online or against bots. But even as it is I love the game! It’s a cool new approach to platform games that I haven’t seen yet.
  • Reminds me of Mobile Lara Croft Game

    I don’t know if any of the devs or you have played the Lara Croft game but it reminds me of this app a lot. (That’s a compliment by the way). I think this game has a lot of potential and one thing you could add is different climbing places. Ex you’re climbing a mountain ledge with notches in it. I don’t know if it makes sense but I think it sounds cool😅

  • Slow movements + QTE? Nah

    The game is absolutely great by design. Honestly the only thing I have a problem with is the controls. It’s one thing for it to be hard to fully register the swipes you make, but then when it does the character makes it way through to the next block. However it only does one move at a time and with those QTE of especially the small rocks make falling off really easy. It makes it super frustrating when you’re so close to getting your foot over and before you’re able to get your hands to move, the QTE ends and you fall off

    Thanks for the feedback, all fair! Have you tried the Practice Mode? You can climb without any timer in that!
  • Controls register late

    I don’t know if it’s meant to be like that but the controls register late. It feels like it only register after I swipe and not during the swipe. Also, the ability to queue swipes would be nice in my opinion.

    If you’re reading this stop reading and play the game! This game is amazingly made and is extremely addicting. At first when I saw the made with unity logo I was kinda scared but that quickly changed.

    Can’t even figure out how to move from my phone. No instructions just a jump button to jump 1 time. I even tried the test section. NOTHING. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
  • Way to adjust the controls and timer/different sort of challenge?

    This game is amazing and beautifully designed, but the one complaint I have is about the timer. I’m physically disabled, and I’m horrible at QTEs. As many times as I’ve tried, the game doesn’t seem to pick up on my trying to swipe the other side of the screen once one has started, and my character ends up falling within the first move. Zen/practice mode is fun, but I don’t think it counts for unlocking more levels?

    I’m hoping for a way to make the controls one sided (spilt into the top and bottom halves of the screen instead of opposite sides) or a mode where the goal is to finish in a set number of moves or less, instead of having QTEs pop up.

As soon as I have some time I'm going to take a step back and think about the controls and what is/isn't working there.   • Some Issues

    Sometimes with or without wifi, the logo screen won’t go away for quite a bit. It is annoying.
    The 2nd issue I have is when the menu screen comes up, the gyms sometimes won’t load so it’s just an empty menu screen.

  • Great all around

    Good music, controls become intuitive fairly quickly, wonderful learning curse that teaches you to recognize patterns and then modify and combine them in different ways. I love it

  • Finally

    After pissing around in the XNA framework 10 years ago, finally someone has made a decent climbing game. Really impressed with what you’ve built here you nailed the abstraction to make a game that’s challenging yet achievable. Take my money! (I’d love a comp circuit and rpg type things that would make it easier to climb harder routes)

    Thanks so much, really happy to read this! We'll definitely beef up the competition element of the game. As for RPG elements those have been requested quite a few times but I haven't yet found a good way to implement that without making the balancing of the puzzles a lot more tricky. I'll keep thinking about that though!
