(9) Makeup or spread rumors or false information, disturb the social order and undermine social stability;
(10) Spread or disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;
(11) Endanger network security, use the network to engage in endangering national security, honor and interests;
(12) Insult or slander others, infringe the legitimate interests of others;
(13) Threaten and menace others by violence, and conduct cyber manhunt;
(14) Involve in the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
(15) Spread bestial words and harm public order and good customs;….
