Today was the third time I placed an order and it was never received. I have used this app many times in the past and I worked well. But throughout this year, I have placed orders on two previous occasions and after 2 hours of waiting on a call for delivery I had to call the Windsor branch in Arima to find out what is the delay to which the person stated that they did not receive an online order from me and that the app is experiencing challenges. This happened twice! Today I decided to try ordering KFC on behalf of someone at around 10:50am, thinking that the glitch has been resolved on the app, only for the entire day to pass without receiving as little as a phone call. Email confirmations were sent with every order, therefore I know it is not my internet connection and that the order did in fact go through into the system. It is now 6:45pm and still nothing! The This is absolutely unacceptable! Do better!
