Mind Body Project: Meditation + Fitness. Find a class and book now! Mind Body Project is a unique wellness studio that combines meditation and functional fitness in a group setting. For anyone looking for a high-intensity workout and peace of mind, this is your studio. All of our instructors are certified in meditation, personal training, group fitness, and much more. The structure of the class is 10 minutes of meditation, followed by 30 minutes of movements, ending with 10 minutes of meditation + stretching. The workout portion of class includes low-impact body weight movements, yoga-inspired movements, and TRX functional fitness. You'll leave our experience feeling physically exhausted, and mentally at ease. Book your class today!
