  • I loathe this app

    I genuinely hate this app with the burning passion of a thousand suns. This might be mitigated if using the app provided a somewhat timely resolution, but it takes just as long to get service with the app as it used to below they forced it down our throats. With this app, NuMotion makes it clear they care nothing about their patients and only about invoicing their patients
  • This app is junk!

    Every single time I try to login it required a verification code even after I checked "Don't Ask Again". Now, it won't let me use the app unless I use a passcode on my phone. You want me to put a passcode on my phone, yet you have had a data breach that allowed thousands of people's information to be stolen, including medical information. This company is a joke.
  • Unusable

    The UI and UX of this app is awful. I’m not even able to register for an account on it without receiving an error message and instructions to call an 800 number.
  • Poor app

    I was told to down load the app to follow the order process. I could never get in so I called the 800 number. I left my number in the cue but then they said they would send me an email which never came twice. I was on hold both days for 15 min. Not bothering any more. Will call the company and bother them every few days I guess. I would give it 0 stars and the people who answered the phone too.
  • Next to nothing on information

    Your order only shows you the basic information and frankly is behind where it actually is. It took several days to update after getting approval through insurance.

    A great improvement would be to link the app on Numotion’s side to the information upon receipt. Get approval from the insurance, automatically update account accordingly. Receive an individual part, update automatically and SHOW which parts are missing & their ESTIMATED arrival.

    Allow us to explore other tabs on the order page. When were they started and when were they completed. For tabs not started yet, what kind of tasks are expected during that process. Being locked into only the current process and with such limited expectations during it, it’s not terribly useful.

    Another thing that should be considered added is a virtual chair based upon what your order is along with videos on how to use it. You can do anything in a virtual world, so why can’t you see and learn about your chair before it arrives?
  • Odd and not very useful

    The user controls are clunky and weird. Reminds me of a scheduling web site from 1999.

    I was able to reschedule a maintenance appointment with it after getting a text reminder, but it won’t actually display the maintenance appointment under Appointments. The appointment selector requires you to search on a 7 day basis to find an appointment. Definitely not what I’d expect.

    The MFA email verification never arrived, I asked for a resend, and it arrived after 5 minutes of waiting.

    Order Status only displays original purchase info, no repair equipment orders.

    Equipment History only displays original chair delivery.
  • Overall performance

    The app in not up to date with the current progress of my order. It’s been 6 months since my PT at Rancho Los Amigos started the order for my electric Wheelchair.Once I log in it tells me that I have a balance of $$$$ that must be paid befor they can order my chair. I paid that balance twice befor I realized the app was wrong. The $$$$ was refunded to me 3 mo ago and the rep said I owe nothing. Truth is NuMotion received my chair 5 weeks ago for assembly but a part was damaged. That part was returned to the MFG. The app does not reflect any of this info. I must call to receive updates on my order.
    I have expressed my concerns to NuMotion representatives and I was told that they are not responsible for updating the app. I have read the other reviews and I see that I am not the only one having problems with your App.
  • App does not work correctly!

    I cannot get on it because it says my email already exists in their system, but won’t send me password or reset info. When I call about major battery issues I am put on hold forever, and at some point hung up on.
  • Next to nothing

    There's next to nothing on my account. After being with Numotion for over 10 years, I thought I would see more information. Some things that I'd like to see in the app... •Service calls made and what was addressed. • Notification when a company that supplies my equipment goes out of business. (e.g. Leisure-Lift) •Dates when paperwork was sent /received to /from entities that are involved with my account.

  • Registration

    Downloaded this app but it does not allow me to create an account .
    Appears to believe I have an existing log in with an error claiming my information entered does not match what is currently on file.

    I called for support and was put on hold with an estimated wait time of 39 minutes.

    Need I say more?
